We are seeking a professional to create a high-quality, interactive 3D virtual tour for a newly completed 5,000 sq. ft. luxury residential property. The project requires stitching high-resolution 360-degree panoramic imagery into a seamless walkthrough experience. Key deliverables include a fully hosted Matterport or Kuula tour, interactive hotspots highlighting premium finishes, an integrated floor plan, and a teaser video optimized for social media. The ideal candidate will have experience in color grading architectural photography and embedding multimedia elements within the tour. All raw footage and architectural drawings will be provided via Dropbox. We expect the first draft within 10 days, with one round of revisions included. Final delivery must be compatible with mobile, desktop, and VR headsets to be featured on our official listing page.
