Acceptable use policy

What you may and may not do on FreddyWorks. Breaking these rules can freeze escrow, suspend an account, or permanently remove it.

Allowed

• Any legal digital freelance work: software, design, writing, marketing, translation, data and virtual assistance.
• Milestone-based contracting funded in USDC on Polygon.
• Honest reviews, accurate portfolios and truthful claims about your own experience.

Prohibited

• Illegal work, fraud, malware, phishing, and anything designed to deceive third parties.
• Adult content, harassment, hate speech and threats.
• Circumventing escrow — moving payment off-platform after matching through FreddyWorks.
• Fake reviews, fake accounts, ban evasion, and manipulating reputation signals.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, and using the platform to move funds unrelated to delivered work.

Enforcement

Reports are triaged automatically and escalated to human review when confidence is low. Suspended accounts have a 7-day appeal window through support.
